Water supply delicated logic description:

CT111 is equipped with vectorized V/F control and constant pressure water supply dedicated logic, it can reach one inverter drives 3 pumps, and determine automatically amount of working pumps, thus getting water pressure constant all the time.


After enabling water supply specialized functions, constant water press set is needed.Inverter begins accelerate running when previous water press is lower than set water stress.After reached frequency point with added pump,if water pressure is still lower than (set water pressure percentage-Pressure tolerance with added pump),previous pump numbers are not so enough that adding pumps is needed.After arrival of delay time with added pump,relay operates and now inverter is running with added pump.
 
When previous water pressure is higher than set water pressure,the inverter begins to slow down.When it reduces to pump-reduced (sleep) frequency point,if water pressure is still higher than (set one pressure tolerance with pump reduced(sleep)) it shows that previous pumps amount is too much and pump number should be cut down.After arrival of delay time with pump reduced(sleep), relay operates with pump reduced.If the number of auxiliary pump is zero the inverter goes into sleep mode straightly.
 
Sleep function logic:when all the auxiliary pumps stop,inverter slows down if water pressure is still high.Inverter stays asleep automatically after running frequency is lower than pump-reduced frequency point,the keypads shows “sleep”.
 
Sleep awake logic: when the inverter stays asleep and water pressure is low,set frequency calculated by PID is higher than awake frequency setting,and the previous pressure is lower than (set water pressure percentage - awake pressure tolerance percentage),inverter running is needed.After awake delay time,inverter pump turns awake. 

 

CT111 serise inverter is based on CT100 series, the power level is same with CT110.
